The
George Brown College is a publicly funded college of applied arts and
technology with three campuses in downtown Toronto, Ontario, Canada. Like many
other colleges in Ontario, George Brown College was chartered in 1966 by the
government of Ontario and opened the following year. George Brown offers more
than 170 full-time programs in art and design, business, community services,
early childhood education, construction and engineering technologies, health
sciences, hospitality and culinary arts, preparatory studies, as well as specialized
programs and services for recent immigrants and international students. George
Brown College students experience real-world learning through field education,
applied research and other Work Integrated Learning opportunities. Our strong
connections to industry mean students experience the latest tech and trends
they can expect in the field. All our career-focused programs include at least one experiential learning
opportunity, which could include field education, learning in a simulated work
environment, participating in applied research projects or campus incubators,
among others.
Located
in the heart of the city, our campuses allow you to experience the
